I wanted to address some reviews I've seen. The fact is, I have no idea why Sea and Flame got marketed as a queer book. It's not. I am sorry for anyone who felt tricked, it wasn't my intention and the fact is I have little control over book marketing (contd.) I didn't say much because I generally don't respond to reviews. But I think this is a little different and in light of everything I wanted to say something, and it's that I'm genuinely sorry if you feel like you were tricked into spending money. I hate that it couldn't stand...

Just had a publisher tell me that because I'm bisexual I'm not part of the LGBT community and not qualified to write about it, so that's something. 😬😬 100% it's because my MC is slutty and whoever read it took offense on behalf of gay people for no damn reason.
