Earlier this week, news broke that Aliko Dangote was moving 60% of his family investment to the US.
Two days after, we saw him in Tanzania promising to increase his investment in the country because he wants to support the new president, whose business decisions have been investment friendly.

I am happy for him. He has sense.
But as a businessman, I am not sure Dangote is a model.

My advise to Gov Abba is to please compensate those who built houses in institutions & make the structures part of the institutions rather than demolish it.

After valuing it, give them 50% worth since they knew it was an institution & still chose to buy & develop it Those structures can be converted to staff quarters or class rooms as there's probably shortage of class rooms

Please let's not waste resources that's scarce when we all know we have shortage of housing
