BREAKING: Judge Cavedo ordered a 60-day injunction halting further removal of Confederate monuments in Richmond, granting a request by an anonymous plaintiff who sued Mayor Levar Stoney this week.
Lawyers for Stoney said all the city’s Confederate statues have been removed since last week, with the exception of AP Hill’s in Northside. No current plans to move that immediately because Hill’s remains are there.
