This isn’t an intellectual stance. It’s a cop-out mechanism. Skepticism is a kind of relativism, it reduces all element of absoluteness to doubtfulness; while making illogical exception for skepticism itself.

It nullifies itself because if true; by its own method, it can’t prove itself to be true but a good legerdemain by its wielder.

The atrocious banality of this take.

Data or statistics can’t establish a one-way causation of the proposed effect.

More precisely, one set of data is open to multiple interpretations, oftentimes, leading to diametrically opposed conclusions.

Classic post-hoc ergo propter hoc. More importantly, personal experiences does INVALIDATES data.

Data are abstracted from personal experiences, it detaches the subjectivity from the experience
(objectivisation) and abstracts experiences in the most general terms— numbers(quantity devoid of quality & meaning).

You kept mentioning “training” as a magic word, so perhaps, I should give you a genesis of how it started, where it went wrong, and where your assumptions are wrong and the pain this sort of misconceptions/miscommunication caused fellows.

The way you put it, it seems you are... seeing Andela is a one-way street, they only do favors for the fellows, and the fellows put it 0 or no effort.
