Today I studied analytical thinking and this is what I learned

Being an analyst requires knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL e.t.c.
However, one of the most important skills is analytical thinking ,the ability to gather insights and make data driven recommendations Here is the structured process I learned:

1. Understand the business goal before touching any tool.
Define the problem and ask the right questions e.g Why are sales dropping?
Identify key metrics and KPIs, understand your data source (Excel, ERP systems, online systems, etc.)
