According to the employee, he did that to save himself a little time. This wasn't a free service, either.

What use is a local ISP that discards its users email and other data on a whim? I called your corporate headquarters about this, you said you'd look into this, and nothing ever happened. @Venture_Tech There was NO effort made on the part of "Andy" or anybody else at Netsource to recover anything, and no sign that the person running Netsource even understood the concept of a company being paid to store data, when I talked to the clown.

@netsource ^ Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this disgusting company. They were entrusted with data (including my email), paid to hold onto it, and they threw it out, just to save themselves a little time.

They had one job to do, and they couldn't be bothered to do it. @netsource I said something about this to their parent company.
