Director Watters made an amendment to include a 10-ft shared used path (which was knocked down by Chair Broiller) and Director Noebels just made a great point that this is a "once in a generation" chance to really make the Boulevard great, esp if it's going to be a BOOST route. Noebels also made another great point...that this new design didn't come from the TIRZ planning committee but from the city of Houston. She's been on this board since 2021, and this plan didn't go through the proper channels.
