Truth is vitalizing, life-giving, liberating.

As we move closer to truth, it may be painful, terrifying, or enraging...

This is the pain of our illusions being destroyed—our false identities burning away.

On the other side, though, there is freedom. 2/

There may still be occasional unpleasant sensations or feelings, but we do not suffer as we once did.

So what is this truth that sets us free?

Ironically, it cannot be said, for it is not a linguistic concept, nor can it be squeezed into any concept.

Scientism is one of the great ideological traps for brilliant minds.

Genius minds get caught in the web of scientism, not realizing all 'scientific' words and stories are still *colossally reductive* linguistic maps that cannot contain the Territory, just like all other maps. 2/

For most, science is still a purely mental paradigm, wherein individuals mistakenly suppose that a mental map or model can come close to containing the Territory, or that mental comprehension of the Territory by an earth-ape-mind is even remotely possible.

1/ I think deeply need a new mode of collaborative idea-exploration that transcends the pitfalls of argumentation 2/ The argumentative mode _assumes_ one person is 'right' and the other is 'wrong,' though in truth two people who ostensibly disagree can both be accurate within the context of their lifeworld/frame of reference
