We spent $,5000 on links for this client over the course of about 4 months.

The results:

Massive boost in organic month over month headed into Q1 of 26 here.

Heres how we did it: Image 1 - We built branded anchors first for a little while.

They had done SEO before but most of the links were spammy and very aggressive on keywords.

So we built a foundation of branded mentions first to get the profile warmed back up.

We audited 20 PI attorney GBPs this year.

Why?

Its the NFL of SEO. We study their exact moves to copy them.

Heres what we learned: Image New EMD GBPs seem to be worthless until a certain review number and velocity is achieved.

Sometimes this is 50 reviews, sometimes its 100.

In uncompetitive environments, usually a solid 20 reviews will get you pretty far and the GBP should be able to capture 80% of the ranking area and compete with larger profiles.

If you have your GBP already maxed its time for your second one.

And on this second GBP you can build much more aggressively.

Heres how we do this: Image First off - Location.

Based on your existing knowledge, get one placed as close to the highest network/best margin customers you have seen.

Pick a strip mall, office park, contractor garage etc.

In larger cities, you're goal is sub 2.5 miles from your target audience.

Smaller cities this can be 5 miles away.

This pest control company had given up on marketing companies.

Took me three sales calls to close them for our base retainer.

7 months later and traffic exploded just as we enter slow season to bridge the gap till spring.

Heres how I built their site, and the links (a 🧵 ): Image First - get your site structure down.

Pass the link juice up to your home page, and the few money pages.

Do NOT link down to more obscure pages, thats a great way to torch your link juice.

Links need to link laterally, or up. No exceptions. Image

Most people chase backlinks and reviews before fixing the one thing that actually matters first.

Client spent $8k on link building while their on-page SEO was completely broken.

Here's why foundation comes before fancy tactics every single time 👇 The expensive mistake killing SEO campaigns before they start?

Jump straight into backlinks, citations, and review generation strategies.

Ignore the foundational on-page SEO that makes everything else work.

Like building a house on sand then wondering why fancy roof doesn't help.

Client had 40 quality backlinks but zero rankings because basic on-page structure was disaster.

You can't build rankings on broken foundations no matter how much you spend.

Everyone wants the secret SEO formula. Here it is:

Rank higher - get more organic clicks - lower CAC - profit.

That's literally the entire game 👇 No magic tricks or secret hacks exist that agencies won't tell you.

Entire game is convincing Google your site deserves #1 position.

You show Google what it wants through three pillars:
On-page (content quality + site structure)
Off-page (backlinks + reputation signals)
Technical (site speed + mobile accessibility)

Do that heavy lifting correctly once, reach the top, then mostly maintenance mode.

Most SEO campaigns fail before they even start. Not because of bad backlinks or weak content.

Because they never aimed before shooting at the right keywords.

Here's why keyword research matters more than execution speed 👇 Real humans searching actually type "painter Dallas" with 10x more monthly volume.

One word difference. Completely different search intent and traffic potential.

Spent 6 months optimizing for wrong keyword, ranked #1, got 12 calls total.

Competitor optimized for right keyword, ranked #3, got 200+ calls. Good SEO is about direction first, speed second.

A founder just said "I've never seen SEO this organized" after we built his SOPs in 2 weeks.

We turned SEO from mystery guessing game into repeatable machine.

Here's how we systemize local SEO so any team can execute consistently 👇 Why most businesses treat SEO like dark magic?

No documented process, just random tactics when they remember.

Different results every month with zero idea what caused changes.

Team doesn't know what to do or when to do it.

"SEO expert" leaves and all knowledge walks out the door.

It's chaos masquerading as strategy.

Someone I know just dropped from page 1 to page 4 on Google last week because they changed phone numbers.

Didn't update it everywhere. Now losing 80% of their local traffic.

Here's the simple NAP mistake destroying local businesses monthly 👇 Crushing it on page 1 for all local roofing searches in their city.

Changed phone numbers for better tracking system.

Updated website and Google Business Profile only.

Forgot about 47 other citation sites with old number.

Within 2 weeks: Rankings tanked from positions 1-3 to page 4. Calls dried up overnight.

We found a 2-year-old thread getting 5,000 searches/month for "best plumber [my city]."

Reddit threads are outranking million-dollar SEO campaigns. We are exploiting it hard.

Took control in 10 minutes. Here's how 👇 The opportunity hiding in plain sight?

Reddit ranks for everything now. Google trusts it blindly. AI scrapes it for answers.

Old threads about local services? Pure gold nobody's mining.

My family friend's diesel shop went from empty to booked solid through winter.

No ads. No social media. Just fixed their Google presence.

Now they're turning away work. Here's the 90-day transformation 👇 The problem: "Diesel repair" had 20 competitors.

The solution: "Diesel injector repair [city]" had zero.

We found 20 keywords like this. Built pages for each. Dominated searches nobody else was targeting.

Most agencies die at $25k/month because they hire backwards.

I hit $50k/month while working full-time because I hired a manager first, not a doer.

The counterintuitive playbook that 5x'd my growth 👇 Everyone's first hire: A VA to "help with tasks"

Result: You become their manager.

Now you have TWO jobs instead of one.

Congrats, you played yourself.

Client called panicking: "SEO isn't working!" They had 500 visitors. Zero calls.

Checked their site. Found 47 conversion killers.

Fixed them in 2 days. Calls started flooding in. No new traffic needed.

Here's the money-making shortcut everyone misses 👇 Everyone thinks SEO ROI takes 6 months. Wrong.

The fastest wins come from converting the traffic you already have.

Most sites convert at 0.5%. Good ones hit 5%. That's a 10x difference without touching rankings.

If Google deleted the map pack tomorrow, 90% of local SEO agencies would go bankrupt.

Not me. I'd have clients dominating by lunch.

Here's the doomsday playbook nobody wants to discuss 👇 Map pack dies? Good.

Time to activate the real local signals...

Yelp domination (where boomers still search)

Bing Places (20% market share, zero competition)

Local PR hits (newspapers still rank)

Podcast mentions (AI scrapes everything)

Community partnerships (real-world trust)

We just deployed the "unholy trinity" of local SEO. Client went from invisible to everywhere in 6 weeks.

Multiple GBPs + local links + Reddit threads = Complete market domination.

The stack your competitors pray you never discover 👇 1- Strategic GBP placement

4 verified locations across the city. Each capturing 20-mile radius. North, South, East, West covered.

Result: 4x the visibility from proximity alone.

Used to beg businesses making $100k/year to pay me $2k/month.

Now I charge $10k upfront to companies doing $5M+.

The shift that 10x'd my income overnight 👇 The painful truth about small clients?

$2k/month is their entire marketing budget

Every invoice is a battle

They nickel-and-dime everything

One bad month = cancelled contract

You're not building a business. You're babysitting broke dreamers.

Verified a Google Business Profile from a conference room. It's generated 500+ calls and counting.

Google says you need a permanent location. I proved them wrong.

The verification hack that still works in 2025 👇 The setup was beautiful...

Rented conference room for 4 hours ($150).

Created temporary signage ($50).

Took verification photos.

Submitted to Google.

Approved in 48 hours.

Ranked a roofer from invisible to #1 in the 3-pack in 72 hours.

No content. No backlinks. Just one redirect they didn't know they needed.

Here's the goldmine most businesses are sitting on 👇 Client had 3 old domains from previous rebrandings. Just sitting there. Collecting dust.

Checked their backlinks. Years of authority just rotting.

One 301 redirect later? Instant #1 for "roofing [city name]."

If I had to run my own SEO campaign as a business owner, this is EXACTLY how I would do it: Image 1 - I’d get a GBP with a physical address on it.

For a guide, see this mega post I did on verifying them remotely.

The goal is to get 4-5 of these in time, but one will do for now.

Physical address is a must, there's no way around it.

We just got a remote cleaning business verified in under two weeks yesterday.

Here’s EXACTLY how we did it: Image 1 - We looked for office space spaces for lease in the city, near highly affluent areas.

Local SEO is proximity based, get as close to those high paying customers as possible from day one.

We found 4 locations in the city that we could use, and went after the easiest one. This is what the location had:

- A location for permanent looking signage on the office space and exterior of the building
- Enough office space to look legit with various supplies
- A mailable physical address that was on Google
- Other prominent landmarks and businesses around it

This black hat local SEO trick I’m going to show you trumps nearly all other techniques.

Businesses leap in rankings from this.

Warning: This is NOT for amateurs - try at your own risk.

(Bookmark for later) 👇 Image 1 - Why this works

Google maps is a proximity, maps based algorithm, tied to proximity based searches and locations.

This means that Google is looking at location specific rankings factors and user engagements within the maps ecosystem.

This includes driving directions, and tracked time spent at locations.

These can be manipulated by increasing local specific traffic to these locations….
