[A Companion Who Kissed a Woman Not Lawful for Him]
Some people assume that the Companions were like angels—incapable of sin, or that if they did err, it would be something minor, like a fleeting glance at most. They believe it impossible that a Companion could fall into sins
1/
But the matter went so far with one Companion that he kissed a woman who was not lawful for him.
So—was he finished?
Did the shackles of religion judge him as irredeemably sinful?
Were all doors closed in his face?
Absolutely not.

In this ḥādīth, there is a prophecy and a proof of the Prophethood of Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ, as he informed us of the future, which is the coming of the rejecters of ḥādīth before their existence (or as they falsely call themselves, "Quranists"). This was something unimaginable!
Especially to the companions who obeyed the Prophet ﷺ even in the smallest matters, let alone in the legal rulings!
It also serves as a response to a weak argument they use, which is that the rulings not mentioned in the Qur'an aren't binding for them! So all of Fiqh basically!

One of the things that makes me feel very disgusted and it's something which makes zero sense is how some Muslims will make fun or laugh at something which is part of islam. Like what in the Cognitive dissonance does that even mean?
So you're a Muslim but have a problem with it?
Wallahi it never made sense to me and whenever i ask these people how they maintain these two claims together: 1- being Muslim 2- having such a problem with something clearly from islam
And I don't think I've ever got an answer
