One of the greatest advice I've ever gotten in life and career is:

Being intentional just means being deliberate and purposeful in the actions we take. 2/5
 You see, like most people, I started my career 'freestyling'

The truth is the higher you climb in career the more you realise a key ingredient to success is being intentional. Few people learn this from mentors early on, while others pick this up as they move through life.
