1. International monetary fund (IMF) offered Nigeria & Argentina a loan

Argentina received $50bn from IMF

PMB declined. 2. IMF ask Nigeria & Argentina to devalue their currency.

Argentina devalued their currency by 566%.

PMB resist devaluation of Naira.
