I often find myself wondering what has happened to us as a society that we stopped chasing beauty.
As everything in life, we can understand it by taking a look at what our ancestors did, thought and built.
🧵So let me take you on a little journey through architectural styles…
1. Classical Architecture
📍Ancient Greece and Rome
c. 800 BCE – 400 CE
•Examples: Parthenon (Athens), Colosseum (Rome).
Born in Greece to honor gods, adopted by Romans for grandeur. Emphasized order, symmetry, and proportion.
Reflect harmony, divine perfection, and civic pride. Temples and public buildings showcased cultural ideals.
People to remember: Ictinus (Parthenon), Vitruvius (Roman theorist).2. Byzantine Architecture
📍Eastern Roman Empire
c. 330–1453 CE
• Examples: Hagia Sophia (Istanbul), San Vitale (Ravenna).
Emerged post-Constantine to express Christian theology through opulent spaces.
Symbolised heaven on earth with domes, mosaics, and light. Aimed to inspire awe and devotion.
People to remember: Anthemius of Tralles, Isidorus of Miletus (Hagia Sophia).

Most of my followers are from the USA, so many people have been messaging me asking me which accounts you should follow to get the latest news about European politics from a right-wing perspective.
I’ve put together a list of the fifteen best accounts to understand what’s happening in Europe who aren’t currently in elected office.
If you’ve found it helpful, I suggest following everyone mentioned below and giving it a repost so that others can also know.
Not everyone on this list tweets in English, but X has an excellent translation feature!
First is @JoeyMannarinoUS. While Joey is American, he spends a great deal of time in Europe.
All his tweets aren’t about Europe, but when they are they’re from the perspective of an American distilling the European news. He’s a dual citizen who lives some of the year in Italy.
Joey taught me everything I know about politics and is the most passionate person I know about saving Western civilization.
He’s a bit crude and rude about how he describes things (he’s originally from Philadelphia), but he’s never telling a lie!

I met this fun lady at CPAC today. Her name is Melissa Rein Lively. Tonight she met Fauci in Washington DC and took this incredible picture with him.
Everyone is jealous that they didn’t get to do it! 😂😂😂
In case you missed it in the first picture, this is why it’s so awesome.
