Once during the 1940s or 50s, someone interviewed Kanchi Acharya Mahaperiyava Chandrashekhar Saraswati Mahaswamigal. 🙏
They used a tape recorder for the interview. Observing this, the great thinker Maha Periyava asked: “Does anyone know about the world’s oldest tape recorder?”
Periyava then asked another intriguing question: “How did the Vishnu Sahasranama reach us?”

Someone replied, “It was through Bhishma Pitamaha.” Everyone agreed. Periyava followed up: “When Bhishma recited the Vishnu Sahasranama on the battlefield, who recorded it?”

Once Jagadguru Sri Sri Bharati Teerta Mahaswamiji had visited a village. And as usual all villagers had come to seek his darshan. But there was a man who was standing very far from the gathering. Jagadguru observed this and asked people why is he standing far and not coming near. to us. So the villagers told that they had boycotted him from the village. Mahaswamiji asked why so the villagers said that he had taken loan from a person belonging to other religion. But he could not repay his loan so the other religion person made the guy's mouth open...

Mathew who was the Head of the Oncology Department at Kottayam Medical College and later principal. On the 'right' is Brahmashree Suryan Subramanian Bhattathiri. 🙏 Dr Mathew was the first oncology professor in Kerala, Head of the Oncology Department at Kottayam Medical College and then the principal. Later when he retired he was a flying doctor & visiting professor of allopathic cancer treatment at universities in more than 50 countries.

That place was occupied by the notorious Moplas who were creating trouble to the government. On the way, the Nambudri was attacked by some Moplas and money he was carrying was stolen by them.

The grief-stricken man broke his journey and rush to the palace and complained to the great King, Rama Varma - Shakthan Tamburan.

This is the 1st time that any foreign leader has visited a RSS Shaka. Then British P.M Margaret Thatcher had visited HSS Pratap Shaka in Finchley, England...🙂🙏🕉🚩

Bedara Vesha is a folk dance performed days before Holi night in #Sirsi town of Karnataka. It is also known as ‘Hunter Dance’. People of Sirsi celebrate Holi with this unique folk dance every alternate year.😊👍
