The federal government 2 years ago revealed that the Average Total Cost (ATC) of producing crude oil in Nigeria is not more than $30 per barrel.
While they incur $20 in some cases, I decided to use $35 as the ATC of producing it to be safe with THE analysis. $35 by the CBN official exchange rate is ₦16,700

So, it is safe to say that the maximum Average Cost of producing per lire of crude oil in Nigeria is ₦16,170.
