After a mediocre onset, MJO quickly moved beyond P6, delaying the elusive Surge and first Bay Low. Finally, towards June end somewhat favourable MJO support and MISO in P5 temporarily overcame the El Niño suppression

Apart from wonderful stay, hospitality and lip-smacking food (credits to @kripalamanna’s vlog in Aug’24 for finding this), this stay is located in Ghat edge facing Charmadi Valley giving proper Monsoon surge experience!
