Kosovo and Serbia have agreed on the implementation annex, EU's @JosepBorrellF says. Borrell presser:

- Implement Article 7, Kosovo to ensure appropriate level of self-management to Serb community.

- Kosovo and Serbia agreed to address the implementation of agreement on missing persons as a matter of urgency. (Serbia was initially hesitant on this.)

“It is hardly possible to doubt that Belgrade has in fact acknowledged the existence of Kosovo as a sovereign state through its acceptance of this agreement.”

According to Weller, this being one of the most consequential articles, Serbia fought hard to remove the word "any" from the text but lost.

We cannot compensate Serbia for the war it lost in 1999, but it must compensate us for the damage it has caused both in terms of people & material goods.

Serbian war criminal who kicks the dead body of a woman in Bosnia in this '92 pic is Srdjan Golubovic aka DJ Max.

He walks free & has performed in Serbia's top music festival.

He was on the payroll of Serbia's State Security Service. The woman whose body Golubovic kicks in the pic was Tifa Sabanovic.

The other dead civilians were an Albanian couple, Hamide and Abidrami Pajaziti.
