Update: UGC sought adjournment based on the matter being lending before SC. We opposed the same since we have not challenged the UGC guidelines but only the OBE. The Court observed that it would like to see how SC deals with the matter as it may affect our case 1/n Accordingly case has been listed for Thursday for argument on the main aspects of the case. However, since the new DU guidelines have created further problems & we were requested by students to apprise the Court of same, we did so. The Court asked DU to comply with earlier.. 2/n
