The protein hack that can add INCHES to your height
(and why "20g protein" labels are misleading)
Most people think protein is just protein. They're dead wrong.
and it isn’t just about animal > plant protein
THREAD🧵
Here's what they don't tell you:
Not all proteins are created equal. Even different cuts of the SAME animal have completely different amino acid profiles.
That "20g protein" on your label? Useless without knowing WHICH amino acids you're getting.
this is the silent height killer

if you are one of those guys that uses Nicotine for focus
you might want to know which tools can 'enhance' the focus u get from Nicotine, or perhaps even substitute for it.
by upregulating the nAChR
THREAD🧵
Gingko Biloba
Gingko Biloba contains all kinds of amazing compounds that make it an formidable nootropic in itself.
But paired with nicotine, it's the key for very intense deep work.
Gingko Biloba enhances nicotine it's cognitive enhancing effects in three different ways:
-
1: Preventing breakdown of nicotine
gingko biloba increases how long nicotine stays in your bloodstream by up to 50% through inhibition of the ‘CYP2A6 enzyme’.
CYP2A6 is the enzyme responsible for breaking down nicotine into it’s metabolite cotinine, which is 100 times weaker.
Gingko biloba significantly inhibits this enzyme because of the special flavonoids quercetin, kaempferol and isorhemnetin
-
2: Elevating acetylcholine levels
A lot of nicotine it’s cognitive enhancing effects come from the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which tends to promote deep thinking.
Gingko Biloba inhibits the enzyme known to break down acetylcholine, called cholinesterase.
further enhancing nicotine it's cognitive enhancing effect.
(people that follow me for a longer time know that permanent acetylcholine elevation is not a good thing, but in terms of deep work it certainly is)
-
3: More bloodflow to brain
Nicotine itself is a vasoconstrictor, whereas Gingko Biloba is a vasodilator, by enhancing bloodflow to the brain, Gingko Biloba also improves how much glucose is delivered to the brain cells, extending that feeling of being “locked-in” for up to 3 times longer.

This food increases height-growth with 232% in pubertal boys, outperforming even GH Therapy
but what is it, and how does it do this?
THREAD🧵
In a 2009 study conducted in Serbia on 12 year old boys, researchers found Royal jelly to be one of the strongest foods to enhance growth when still in puberty.
This is how the study went:
the research was carried out with 25 football players (n=25) from FC "Red Star" Belgrade which all were 12 years old.
The football players were seperated into two groups:
- control group that didn't use Royal Jelly (10 people)
- experimental group that DID use Royal Jelly (15 people)
All 25 players from both the control and experimental group were tracked during a 2 month period where they trained 4 times a week and competed in the youngest Belgrade league.
The results were astonishing.
The average height of the control group went from 158,12 centimeters to 158,82 centimeters, a total increase of around 0,7 centimeters.
The average height of the research group went from 152,46 to 154,13 centimeters, which is a staggering increase of 1,6 centimeters in two months time.
But not only did the research group (the ones that took Royal Jelly) gain a more profound increase in height.
They also gained more muscle, lost more fat and gained more weight in general (lean mass).

Prolactin = gaylord coomer hormone
makes you sluggish, slow and takes the masculine edge away from you, same hormone that rises after ejaculation
here are a few great hacks to lower prolactin and leave the permanent coomer state🧵
Prolactin is truly one of the worst hormones that can be elevated in men
W. D. Denckla was a researcher that in his studies tried to isolate the 'death hormone', the hormone that is most antagonistic to vitality itself.
Denckla reported that he didn't manage to isolate the individual death hormone but that it was in the 'prolactin fraction'
and it makes a lot of sense, prolactin is well known to inhibit the action of thyroid hormone and is almost completely agonistic to dopamine.
besides that prolactin seems to have negative effects towards metabolism by putting the metabolism into a state of fatty acid oxidation, inhibiting thyroid hormone function and reducing the body it's capacity to use oxygen.
and prolactin is especially bad for males, because of how prolactin weakens the androgen receptors significantly and reduces androgen secretion

you'd be shocked how good you'd look if you ACTUALLY took great care of yourself, beyond dressing well, haircuts and showers.
People are working against their height-potential everyday which prevents them from breaking the 6 foot tall mark
Here are the most common things people do which are working against reaching their full height-potential🧵
Suboptimal amino acid intake
protein is crucial for growing taller, but the kind of protein you're getting in matters just as much, and not it isn't simply plant vs animal protein sources
obviously plant protein is shit, but eggwhites, whey protein and muscle meat are not the epitome either.
this is because of the balance in amino acids found in these protein sources, this balance of amino acids is very VERY overlooked
90-95% of the protein that makes up bone is collagen, which have a completely different amino acid profile than your ordinary protein sources.
with amino acids such as glycine, alanine, and (hydroxy)proline being the more common ones.
muscle meat, egg whites and whey tend to contain way more cysteine, tryptophan and methionine, which actually deplete the pro-collagen amino acids
fixing this balance is crucial

I’ve revolutionized the common belief about growing taller, and debunked the myth of height growth not being possible after puberty
(with use of scientific literature)
Here’s the full story🧵
It was back in the beginning of 2022 I first started paying serious attention to the topic of height-growth and it’s mechanisms.
It started when I came across a few anecdotes of people growing taller in their 30’s, 40’s or even 50’s, these anecdotes may’ve been illegitimate to begin with, but nonetheless at that time it really sparked my interest, they were the crucial stepping stone.
They’ve lied about DHT being bad
They’ve lied about Fluoride in drinking water being okay
They’ve lied about animal fats causing heart disease
What if this was something they also lied about?
Probably not, but doing some deep research has never hurt.
This thought was fed even more because at the current time I was researching a lot on development of the facial bones, and how you can change the shape and size of the bones in the skull by exposing it to mewing and chewing.
I mean, if the bones in the face can grow, why would it not be possible with other bones as well?

Why Royal Jelly is the utmost epitome of all foods when it comes to growing taller.
I've never seen a food have such immense effects on increasing size of growth plates and bone formation in humans
even outperforming Growth Hormone therapy🧵
Royal Jelly and pubertal boys
Royal Jelly has the most positive effects on height-growth of almost all of the studied supplements/foods I’ve seen, and its effects are mostly attributed to the presence of special fatty acid; 10-HDA.
In the middle of 2024 I found one of the craziest studies I ever came across regarding a food and it’s effects on heightgrowth, and with crazy, i mean GENUINELY crazy.
In this study a group of 25 football players aged 12 playing for the football club Red Star Belgrade were divided in 2 different groups.
> 10 of the boys were in the control group, which just resumed their daily diet and lifestyle habits like before, these we
> and 15 of the boys were in the experimental group, which also resumed their normal diet and lifestyle habits, but were also fed some additional Royal Jelly on top of that
this study was 2 months long, and at the end of the study, the experimental group which took RJ gained an IMMENSE edge on the control group that didn’t take RJ
what happened was that the Royal Jelly group started seeing immense gains in heightgrowth as opposed to the group that didn’t take Royal Jelly, with around 232% FASTER gains in heightgrowth than their counterparts which weren’t fed Royal Jelly.
The group of 12 year olds that didn’t take Royal Jelly grew 0.7 centimeters in those 2 months, which is a good amount of growth.
But the group of 12 year olds that did take ROyal Jelly started growing around 1.7 centimeters in these 2 months, which is a SIGNIFICANT increase, imagine spreading this out over a year.
These results are BETTER THAN what a healthy kid will often get when he starts GROWTH HORMONE THERAPY
Besides the gains in height, the group that got fed Royal Jelly also gained more muscle and lost fat.
I would be fuming if i was a kid that was part of the group that didn’t receive Royal Jelly and suddenly 15 of my teammates became significantly taller, muscular and leaner than me, or at the very least I would beg my parents to start feeding it to me as well.
Or even better, once I became older and got kids I would’ve been feeding my kids Royal Jelly by the spoonful.
I always knew the science behind Royal Jelly being one of the best foods to eat to stimulate more height growth, but besides rat, mice or studies on other animals, I’ve never came across a study where researchers actually showed this in a study on humans, when I saw this study i realized that I’ve been underestimating the effect of Royal Jelly on growing taller.
I started looking into Royal Jelly as heightgrowth aid even more, discovering how it’s unique compounds are almost unparalleled by anything else on the market.
Ofcourse these boys were in puberty, so it's key you start taking it as soon as possible when your plates are open.

you'll NEVER be able to 'fix' posture
because it's NOT about muscles or connective tissue
it's about the nervous system, and it's not even about the nervous system, it's about the information the nervous system receives
Posture is a manifestation of the energetic state of an organism
you'll be more aware of this once you simply look at the role emotions play.
emotions play a role, your posture looks different whether you are happy, sad, angry
but again, that's not the true root.
the body is always searching towards solving problems, eliminating problems, problems that cause the organism to lack in energy, emotions are the response to the problems/energetic leaks a person is exposed to.
your posture behind the desk will always be lacking if you're locking in, but that's not a bad thing, perfect posture is a secondary thing at that point, you're on the hunt for money so you have access to more energy later on, you put yourself in a restrictive environment temporarily, so you can be in that enriched environment later on (better food, more play, sunlight, hotter bitch)
even if you're doing posture work, exercising the back chain, stretching tight muscles etc.
you'll see your posture is lightyears better when you're on a vacation with a hot girl that wants you and you're on the beach all day eating sweet fruits, eating amazing dinner etc.

“you can’t grow taller after your growth plates are closed, that’s a scientific fact!!”
No.
it’s actually not.
in fact, the science shows that you can grow taller even when your growth plates are 'closed'
let’s dive into the science🧵
bone does increase vertically after the epiphysis has fully ossified
or, in simpler terms:
bone DOES lengthen even with closed growth plates
This study found that after the age of 21 (age where the growth plates have fused) the length of the finger continues to increase in size with the normal aging process.
This increase in finger size was much higher in males that worked manual labour, which is a direct argument for Wolff’s law and how mechanical stress influences bones, even at later ages.
This increase in finger length is tiny, but the fact that the length keeps increasing, even when the growth plates have closed down, goes to show that bone doesn’t just lengthen only from the growth plates.

the forbidden CC method will be your last resort for leaning down this summer (you only got one month left)
- chewing gum
- cigs
both increase the metabolic rate, while reducing appetite at the same time, essentially you're burning more, and end up consuming less
Chewing gum can increase the metabolic rate by 10-15% depending on how tough the gum is, while significantly reducing hunger.
bonus: use mastic and propolis to chew on
0 microplastics, high in antioxidants and improve gut microbiome

PTH and Calcitonin are two forgotten hormones that play MASSIVE roles in height-growth
the PTH:Calcitonin ratio decides whether new bones is being build, or old bone is being resorbed
become familiar with these two hormones for optimal height/bone growth🧵
PTH, Calcitonin and the mineralization of bone
when your body has an abundance of minerals, it will store calcium, magnesium and other trace minerals as reserves in the bones, bone anabolism can only occur with sufficient mineral levels, with calcium being of main importance to bone.
PTH and Calcitonin are regulators of calcium metabolism
when your body isn't getting the minerals it needs from the diet, or calcium metabolism is impaired (due to Fluoride for example), PTH rises in response, PTH signals to Osteoclasts to start breaking down bone for the minerals which are stored in it.
when your body IS getting the minerals it needs from the diet (with calcium metabolism being optimal), Calcitonin will rise, this rise in Calcitonin triggers Osteoblasts to start laying down the 'extra' minerals in new bone tissue.
PTH causes bone tissue to be broken down
Calcitonin causes new bone tissue to be produced

Your spine has around 22 intervertebral discs.
These discs out of cartilage make up around 16,5% of your TOTAL height, gaining only ONE millimeter in each separate disc, equates to an INCH of extra height-growth
How to grow these discs🧵
The Intervertebral disc
Intervertebral discs are made out of cartilage and function as spongy cushions between your vertebrae (which are made out of bone)
There are 23 intervertebral discs in your body and they account for around 10-16,5% of your total height.
if you were able to JUST gain 1 millimeter in each seperate intervertebral disc, this would equate to 2.3 centimeters of total height or one whole inch.
and gaining size in these intervertebral discs is not as hard as it may seem.

the 'Royal Jelly benefits bank'👇🧵
(all the literature I've seen showing why Royal Jelly is one of the most ridiculous foods you can ever come across)
Adding Royal Jelly to your diet is a great idea if you want:
- a Testosterone increase of 56 ng/dL
- to grow 144% faster in height during puberty
- a sharper brain which is more competitive
- better athletic performances
one of the keys to succeeding in raw competition and coming out on top, establishing dominance, is having very high synaptic strength and plasticity in the medial-prefrontal cortex.
THREAD: what seperates the loser, from the champion?🧵
Here are a few of my favourites when it comes to detoxing Fluoride and decalcifying my Pineal gland🧵
Tamarind fruit
eating Tamarind reverses years of Fluoride consumption; great tool for decalcifying your pineal gland
Tamarind increases excretion of Fluoride through the urine and reduces levels in the
- bones
- liver
- blood
- kidneys
- brain
what makes it even more interesting is how Tamarind and it’s fluoride excreting ability had influence on other markers as well:
- increase in cholinesterase (alleviating learned helplessness)
- reduces MAO
- reduces ROS
- increases Glutathione

so you got the Covid vaxx 5 years ago, completely unaware of it's damage.
now you are ashamed of your own choice and regret the damage you've done to your body.
do not be afraid, here's how to mitigate the most damaging component of the vaxx; Spike Protein🧵
What is Spike Protein?
Spike protein are the outer shell of a virus that probably causes the most damage of the entire virus (mainly through inhibition of the ACE2 receptors), spike protein is the protein that a virus uses to enter a cell (like Covid-19 did).
The goal of the vaccine is to let your body make antibodies that can attach to this spike protein to prevent it from entering your cells.
mRNA is genetic material that tells your body to produce specific proteins, it’s basically a piece of your DNA Covid vaccines have mostly been mRNA based, which makes it endlessly worse, through Crispr technology, the vaccine cuts out a small piece of your DNA, and replaces it with the piece of mRNA which tells your body to produce Covid-19 spike protein itself, so ‘it can recognize it and keep on producing antibodies’.
Covid-19 vaccines are a minor example of straight up gene-editing through copy-paste gene technology called CRISPR/cas9 (proper explanation video: youtu.be/UKbrwPL3wXE?si…)
The problem gets even bigger when it is clear that spike protein keeps on being produced (and ACE2 keeps getting inhibited) even long after antibodies have been synthesized by your body, because it’s in your genetic code now to keep on producing them.
Inhibition of ACE2 receptors is a terrible thing to occur, since healthy individuals who possess over a high ACE2 expression will be able to convert Angiotensin 2 (very inflammatory) into Angiotensin 1-7 (very anti-inflammatory), spike protein, through inhibition of ACE2 receptors will cause huge increases in inflammation.
ACE2 expression is highest, or should be highest in the bile ducts, the inflammation caused by spike protein is a hellhole for your bile ducts and a problem that needs to be treated, not only for current aesthetics or biochemistry, but for your descendants as well, because the code which tells your body to keep producing spike-protein is very likely to be inherited by your future children as well.
110IQ people use Gingko Biloba to quit smoking cigarettes because of how effective it is in mimicking the upregulation of the nicotinic receptor
(same mechanism as nicotine)
130IQ+ individuals use Gingko Biloba ALONGSIDE tobacco to supercharge the nootropic effects of Tobacco
studies in mice have shown that Gingko Biloba is able to inhibit the CYP2A5 enzyme in the liver of mice
CYP2A5 is the mouse version of CYP2A6
inhibiting the CYP2A6 enzyme in your body means you prolong the half-life of nicotine in your body
