Let's chat about my recent experience interviewing for a senior IC position.

My background: wearer of many hats with an observability slant. Looks to talk about processes and (devops) culture. Master of none. Been writing elixir for the last two years.

1/n Getting interviews is surprisingly easy, though market sentiment doesn't make it seem like it should be.
Builders are still building.

Next step: hiring manager interviews. The good ones ask what you want to do, and pay attention to your background. Drop those who don't.
