Feb 2022 - 10% pay claim submitted at SNCT by Teachers’ Panel (CPI - 6.18%).
Feb - May 2022 - teachers await response.
May 2022 - 2% offer made (CPI at 9.1%) - teachers reject.
May - August 2022 - teachers await improved offer.
August 2022 - 3.5% offer made; before a response can be made, 2 days later the offer changes to 5% (CPI at 9.9%) - teachers reject.
August - Nov 2022 - teachers await improved offer and ballot for strike action.
