So they think subtracting calories will always result in more fat loss

The EASIEST way to get abs without counting calories is to train for PERFORMANCE

Not the amount you sweat

Not the calories you burned

Not your time under tension

Not how sore you got

But pure performance

Here’s why: The VAST majority of the calories we burn are burned AT REST
