Il giudizio preliminare è: ai club NON PUO' essere impedita libera concorrenza tramite sanzioni anti ESL. OVVIO PERO' che se vogliono partecipare a competizioni UEFA e FIFA devono trovare un accordo con UEFA e FIFA. ImageImage La SL ha SEMPRE detto di voler trovare accordi con FIFA e UEFA, non c'è niente di fuori posto in questo, è del tutto normale. Viene peraltro osservato che per NON avere abuso di posizione dominante, la UEFA essendo anche regolatore non può imporre le sanzioni a caso.

Non ho mai lavorato per scelta con giornali italiani, né mai cercato di farlo, perché dall'inizio mi interessava scrivere in inglese e non in italiano, e perché la stampa anglosassone ha un approccio estremamente diverso rispetto a quella italiana. E più che mai ne sono contenta. Point in case: come vengono trattate TUTTE le vicende giudiziarie (e lo dico da anni, e lo scrivo anche qui da anni) dalla stampa italiana. Il processo si fa senza prove e senza dibattimento in aula, sui giornali.

Per chiarire sulla questione aggiotaggio, come ho detto anche ieri su @radiobianconera: non sta né in cielo né in terra che si paventi una cosa simile. Bisogna fornire notizie false in maniera coordinata e mirata a speculazione, allo scopo di alterare l'andamento di un titolo. La Juventus non solo non ha fornito alcuna informazione falsa, perché ha detto che avrebbe posticipato il pagamento di n. mensilità in accordo coi giocatori, cosa esattamente successa e poi dichiarata a bilancio, ma nemmeno ne ha tratto guadagno.

Io non faccio l'indovino. Non ho la sfera di cristallo e per quanto il mio soprannome sia Bacchetta Magica, non posso prevedere il futuro. Ergo, se riporto qualcosa di calciomercato do la situazione ad oggi per le cose che stanno effettivamente accadendo che conosco. Niente più. Ricevuta autorizzazione, per cui procedo a raccontarvi come stanno le cose sulla trattativa Juve-Zaniolo. per quel che so NO, non vi sto dicendo "domani lo presentano", NO non dico "ha già firmato". Per cui i vari furbastri di turno che vivono di polemica, stiano nel loro brodo. La Juve sta trattando Zaniolo DA GENNAIO. Dai primi di Febbraio è forte di accordo col giocatore che prevede di massima un 4+1 a 4,5 mln l'anno più bonus. DI MASSIMA, se poi le cifre cambiano è perché le cose si aggiustano in corso. Zaniolo è gobbo vero e vuole la Juve.

It's interesting to see how the imbeciles in my home country keep filling their mouth with the words 'Azov battalion' without knowing a single FACT about it. It was annexed to Ukraine's National Guard (which is not the army) in 2020 to put a freaking leash on it. Since it acted like a vigilantes group with no rules and it was dangerously veering into white nationalist territory because of its founders, they freaking put a leash on it and it is a fact that it was cleaned up considerably when it was annexed to National Guard in 2020.

Quindi abbassare la media è obbligatorio per poter avere i grandi. 2. In sostanza, avendo una media stipendi più ragionevole e più proporzionata ai ricavi, ci si consente di avere quei picchi che servono per i giocatori più di rilievo.
