This pretty much says it all.
(H/T @HopeRehak) we HAVE to design a new way. Law enforcement in America HAS TO CHANGE (abolition would be great, reform is the BARE MINIMUM) and they NEED to figure out a way to screen out these hateful bigoted, violent assholes that think putting on a badge awards them the freedom to kill.

what i am learning in my ukulele journey is that it's really hard to do the fretting and strumming AND singing simultaneously because you basically have to keep three different rhythms going at all times. my right hand (i'm left handed) keeps trying to go with the rhythm of the words rather than the strumming pattern and like GOD DAMN IT THIS IS A CHALLENGE!

Happy birthday to Paul Newman, the first fame-o I ever met, at a gas station in Connecticut. He poked his head through the backseat window to say hello (I had no idea who he was) and grinned at me in a way that’s etched into my brain forever. Joanne was in their car and waved. I was in middle school at the time and was coming back from a bead store in Westport. The people I was with were directing the musical I was in at the time, which was mentioned to Paul—probably why he wanted to say hello to me? IDK, it was the late 90s. He was so captivating.
