Back at the Court of Session in Edinburgh, where a panel of three judges is set to rule on whether Boris Johnson's decision to prorogue Parliament was unlawful and unconstitutional. BREAKING: Court of Session rules proroguing Parliament was UNLAWFUL. Gasps in court. Decision now expected to go to the UK Supreme Court. @heraldscotland
