Want to share with you my experience last week in Kingston conducting interviews. Interviewed over 60 young Jcans. Outcome of over 60 could only find 24 and of which 21 were females to proceed to the next stage of hiring process. Heartbroken, frightened and puzzled by what has become of our young men. All my life interacted with men -boarding school, 35 years mil career (incl 4 years at a training depot that took raw recruits and made them into soldiers). But I have never come across this new brand of Jcan men. No self respect, no pride, no goals, lost
