I recently listened to a pod from @AuschwitzMuseum ("On Auschwitz") where a woman talked about how problematic and harmful the fictional literature that's set there is. And it's a similar thing for me, obviously not comparing but both relate to extreme violence/dark stuff

So much of the apparent bullshit and toxicity of politics and ppl's interpretations (of society and politics) can be grasped/gauged/examined once you look at how they (individuals) relate/view/stand on a series of crucial pivotal issues - which aren't necessarily recognized (1/?)
The first two that come to mind for me are whether ppl naturalize (take for granted, or even appropriate/actively claim) the structure/social relations and agency of 1) the state, and 2) capital/capitalism. Let me be clearer (hopefully) (2/?)

Ongoing *actual* example of "RedBrown" activism/convergence in Europe: self-named "Free Left" (found at least in Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland) groups taking part in antivax/etc protests alongside the far right - for example the Querdenker movement in Germany.
