THREAD: Drama Schools - please listen. If there is only one visible demographic on your Board, Senior Management, Senior Leadership Team, Faculty, Creative Team etc bringing in a diverse cohort of students into that environment is not safe! They will feel completely "othered" The lip service of hearing we've tried to reach out to more diverse avenues is not good enough. Make the offer irresistible for people to turn down. Start from the top down. Evolve your practice to represent today's society before putting young students into the mix at grassroots
