What is the risk of Long COVID with each new infection? This thread from OJ today is gonna drag me out of hiding (shaking clenched fist at Bristol-based stat prof).

The author of the original image is *surely* aware that it’s a wild oversimplification. The “model” only works in a stochastic vacuum, where you hit an imaginary biological reset after each infection & assume that no demographics shoulder greater risk.
