Some thoughts regarding the 3rd Phase of #COVID19Vaccination for Age group 18-44 years.

Only Pre-registered (through COWIN or AarogyaSetu or UMANG Port) beneficiaries will be able to get vaccinated.
Walk-in registration and vaccination will NOT be allowed.

1/n This means any person who doesn't have access to the resources to register themself cannot get vaccinated.
This will deprive a lot of destitutes / rural / slum dwelling persons.
States/Districts will need to out in place systems to ensure that they are also registered.
