मित्रों..ग़ज़ब डिबेट चल रही है।फ़िल्मों में सिर्फ़ ऐक्टर्ज़ नहीं होते।एक फ़िल्म के सेट ओर कम से कम डेढ़ सौ लोग काम करते हैं।अंदर वाले या बाहर वाले जिस दिन सेट पे काम करने वाले असिस्टंट्स और workers, Spotboy और बाक़ी सब इंसानों को इज़्ज़त देना सीख जाएँगे तब उनसे बात की जा सकती है चाहे वो बात nepotism के बारे में हो या फ़ेव्रटिज़म के बारे में हो ।पहले इन सेट ओर काम करने वालों से एक बार पूछ लो की कौन सा ऐक्टर या डिरेक्टर या जो भी हो , वो सबसे ज़्यादा बदतमीज़ है या किस ऐक्टर के नाम से वो उस फ़िल्म में काम करने से मना कर देते हैं

She is right. Most actors and crew got paid similar amounts or less and I had to forfeit my entire fees to make GOW. Funny thing is we still own 50%IPR on GOW and we have never seen a penny on it or know about it’s income. This is a thread on BulBul. It’s very rarely that a first film has this kind of an impact on me . I just wasn’t expecting it. I had read the script years ago. It’s in my mailbox . It had the vision, it had everything that’s in the film but it still wasn’t this what I saw.. I remember the films that have given me a career , be it a Black Friday or GOW, didn’t make the kind of impact on the first cut that it did finally. First cuts are often close to the scripts . Which means the script had everything but wasn’t the final film.

When I did not know how to communicate my shot to my cameraman , he taught me how to .. He was my teacher, he showed me how to move a camera , he was my first collaborator .
