I dedicate this space to #Handshake #HNS. And yes, #udsucks.

1) In the recent @DomainSherpa eposide on YouTube (, from 27:00), I've heard a few statements from @andrewrosener about #HNS and Web3 domains that need correction. ⬇️
2) "Because of the lawsuit, Handshake is now releasing all of the TLDs".
The release of the reserved TLDs is not related to the .wallet lawsuit. When the Handshake mainnet launched four years ago, it was already clear that the reserved names could be claimed by anyone after the claim period (4 years) ends. Rather, the recent soft fork prevented all reserved names from being released so that the top 10k names from Alexa like .google remain reserved.

A new day, a new mess at #UnstoppableDomains. Recently, 20 UD auctions were held on Rarible. One of them was the domain tokens.x and Jason Fernandes offered 2 wETH. His bid is listed as the highest bid on Rarible and he also claims to have been the highest bidder at the end of the auction. Nevertheless, a bid of 2.01 wETH by Gaunter O'Dimm, made 15 minutes after Jason's bid, was accepted by UD and the domain was transferred to Gaunter. Jason claims the auction ended and was bizarrely reopened, which is not readily apparent. But what is apparent is that Gaunter O'Dimm, during the auction, was obviously not the highest bidder according to Rarible, but now owns the domain because Unstoppable accepted his bid instead of Jason's and transferred it to him.
What is the point of participating in rigged auctions? We all know about the criminal past of the UD founders and their questionable business practices, but why is Rarible going along with it? Jason claims not to have received back his bid of 2 wETH yet, nor the domain he won. The allegations were also made by Jason's business partner Nadja Bester, who was recently named Most Inspirational #WomeninWeb3 and #AI by UD.
Generally speaking, when you pay for something that you subsequently do not receive, it is referred to as fraud. UD would never participate in something like this, of course, so we're eager to hear their excuses. @rarible would certainly do well to distance itself from such rigged auctions as well.
Anyone from the #UDFam who continues to support this company should once again be warned.
