@dreioesterreich 1/n Automatic payment failed for some unknown reason, and you cancelled my service while I was abroad without contacting me. Now back in Austria your very impolite agents me there's no way to restart the contract. 2/n I contacted serviceteam@drei.at, but the auto-reply gives an ETA of over a week. This is totally unacceptable for something as critical as phone service.
