2/ Under the EIA Directive (2011/92/EU), Member States are required to carry out an assessment of the environmental impacts of projects likely to have a significant negative impact on the environment. This includes peat extraction projects.

Second time I have caught Covid
As I write this down my brain is dizzy, my sinus is infected (poss Bacteria.
This time the virus is giving dlightly different symptoms.
2 out of 3 of us have the second strain.
Had it about 4 days and effects reducing :) phew!

What is the rate of mutation in the USA and UK? This all happened in 1918.. getting Covid twice with different symptoms within 8 weeks means we likely have a rough ride ahead.

This evaluation supports the general view that larger turbines in deeper water can be expected to perform at higher capacity factors than their smaller nearshore predecessors.
As it seems unlikely that offshore wind farms are not subject to similar performance degradation as onshore wind farms, this finding is worthy of additional research.
