I don't have much expectation from the judiciary anymore. But here are key facts from #BabriMasjid demolition criminal case:

LK Advani, MM Joshi, Uma Bharti & others related to Sangh Parivar were charged with criminal conspiracy by special CBI court in 2017. (1/n) These BJP leaders watched as the 16th-century #BabriMasjid was razed. They are facing trial after 27yrs of the incident.

There is “sufficient evidence on record to frame charges” against those #BJP leaders under conspiracy and other charges, the special #CBI judge had said (2/n)
