In 1959, my grandfather lost his first wife and daughter (on way 2 hospital) as they could not reach govt hosptl in time on bullock cart which was 28 kms away. In 1963, my dad was born in that same hospital (28 kms away) In 1991, I was born in the same hospital (28 kms away). In 2022, my cousin who still stays in the village, had his daughter in a pvt hospital, guess where?(yes, 30 kms away but not in govt one as it is in ruins with doctors working in pvt). NOTHING changed for us in past 63 years
