SM platforms must be made to choose:

If you want to be an intermediary, you must NOT remove any content or user access unless ordered by courts/LEAs

If you want to censor content, you must become a publisher & be liable for all content on your site/app Right now, these big tech companies enjoy both - immunity from liability for content as well as freedom to censor content. Section 230 of Communucations Decency Act in USA has given them this unchecked power. It's flawed. GoI must take steps to repeat it in India.

Chota Mota Jain is spreading dangerous misinformation by twisting words. @ICMRDELHI official said that if widespread testing is allowed at this stage, tracking and contact tracing of +ve patients will become impossible to manage. NDTV and its reporters are the worst. Here’s the same ICMR official giving a detailed explanation on why widespread testing is not needed at this stage - because we haven’t seen community transmission yet. But @SreenivasanJain twisted statements out of context to suit his agenda. Thoo!

To those idiots and fake news media creating panic over community transmission, ICMR started testing random influenza and pneumonia samples for Wuhan Coronavirus as early as 16 Feb to check for community transmission. No cases yet.
news18.com/news/india/cor… This random testing will happen across all 50+ designated labs every week to check if community transmission has begun in India. No cases of community transmission seen yet. Don’t believe in darbari media whose only agenda is to create panic.

Oh my god! Thank you @rahulpandita for this wonderful biography of Yasin Malik and his wife. Without this, we’d have never known the atrocities committed by the fascist Indian state on this poor, helpless man. @VVCFilms, plot for your next film is ready.
openthemagazine.com/features/world… @rahulpandita @VVCFilms The boy, Yasin, is from a poor family...the girl from an affluent family...She sees him while reciting Faiz (all idols will be removed?)... Boy has love at first sight...Shy girl takes time to reciprocate...
Tell me this isn’t a blockbuster worthy story.

Kudos to @rahulpandita!

Let’s create a thread on @IndiaToday’s glorious track record of fixed interviews and staged reporting. Starting with “Bahut Krantikari” fixed interview of Sadd ji

Forget apologizing for it, @aajtak created a news segment named after the infamous dialogue!
@IndiaToday @aajtak India Today took TN farmers to a field trip for this macabre staged photoshoot

Hello tech illiterate journalist of @IndiaToday, JNU uses G Suite for Education for email needs. So the mail server is not located on campus. A simple MX record lookup of jnu.ac.in would’ve told you that. @IndiaToday Another tech illiterate journo spreading false news without basic fact check. JNU uses Google’s email service. So the mail servers are not located on campus. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Typical Libtard behavior. These are the people who run ‘Vanashakti’ NGO which is behind anti-Metro protests. I challenged them using facts. Their response - “reveal your identity and phone number”. They have gone to every possible judicial forum available to stall Metro construction - NGT, HC, SC. Everyone threw out their lies on Aarey. Now their only option is to create noise on SM & Mirror-types media to mislead gullible people.

So @HUL_News Red Label is a serial offender when it comes to projecting Hindus as bad people. Their ads -

1. Hindu man doesn’t want to have tea at burqa-clad Muslim neighbor

2. Hindus abandon their parents en masse at Kumbh

3. Hindu man doesn’t buy idol from a Muslim artisan @HUL_News And ironically, they’ve done these ads under the pretense of “breaking stereotypes”. These ads are not breaking any stereotypes, but merely reinforcing the ones created by Libtards - that Hindus are uncultured bigots.

Hello @factchecknet @baybarsorsek @dpfunke, your code of principles says that the members of the applicant org should not be members of any advocacy group. So how did you certify AltNews as compliant when their CEO’s Twitter bio shows that they violate your code? “Jan Sangharsh Manch” is a group which is ideologically against the ruling party in India. The founder of Jan Sangharsh Manch was associated with political parties. The CEO of AltNews is his son. So how did you find AltNews compliant with your code of principles?

Election Commission of India

• Allows launch of a book on Rafale deal
• Prevents launch of a book on Modi

• Allows Bangladeshi citizens to campaign for TMC
• Sends notice to an Indian citizen for printing “vote for Modi” on his son’s wedding card When Income Tax department recovered hundreds of crores of black money from Kamalnath’s aides, Election Commission wrote a letter to IT department asking them to be “neutral” in their raids. Mazak chal raha hai?

₹72,000 per year to 20% families will cost ₹3,80,000 crore per year. How will you generate this money, pappu @RahulGandhi? To fund his baap-of-all-doles scheme, @RahulGandhi’s policy will be -

- No highway construction
- No expansion & modernization of electricity grid
- No money for critical defense equipment & soldiers’ safety
- No money for Railways modernization
- No money for airports expansion

Milind Khandekar now works for BBC, so he’s is peddling their discredited report. Let’s look at the track record of ABP News when Mr. Khandekar was the managing editor there. Let me start with this gem where @milindkhandekar has repeatedly peddled the Modi-promised-₹15lakh lie. Why didn’t @BBC name him as a fake news peddler?

Fully support @Dev_Fadnavis govt’s decision to unlock temple land for development and non-agricultural use. I’m sure he will formulate similar policy to unlock 93000 acres of Wakf land in Maharashtra for public use. Mumbai and Thane districts have 1500+ Wakf properties. Imagine how many schools, parks, hospitals, public toilets, parkings can be created on those land parcels! @Dev_Fadnavis will unlock this land soon. Just wait and watch!
