A little thread about the SARA DOUGLASS BOOK SERIES AWARD. Obviously named after much missed Voyager trailblazer Sara Douglass, this award was implemented in the 2015 judging year to celebrate and acknowledge that many fine spec fic works need to be read as an entire series. The first year covered series that CONCLUDED in 2011/12/13/14 - the shortlist (aurealisawards.org/2016/02/17/ann…) and winner (aurealisawards.org/2016/03/25/the…) were chosen from 55 series entered (ampost 200 books in total).
