Introducing AIP-2: Build-A-PoSe
Initiated by @david_enim and @tannedoaksprout , AIP-2: Build-A-PoSe is a WIP proposal with the aim to decentralize the conception, development, and marketing of Olas protocol-owned services (PoSe).
Let's dive in 👇
☴ What is Build-a-PoSe?
Build-A-PoSe is a community-driven program encouraging the consistent rollout of novel Olas-owned services.

AIP-1: The OLAS Triple Lock
The latest DAO proposal aims to improve three core protocol mechanisms:
🔒bonding
🔒dev rewards
🔒OLAS staking
... and thereby further increase OLAS utility!
But what exactly is OLAS Triple Lock and what are the proposed changes?
Let’s dive in! 👇
AIP-1 is an ambitious proposal that aims to grow OLAS token sinks, improve the bonding mechanism, improve dev rewards, diversify treasury assets, bring OLAS liquidity to chains on which Olas protocol is deployed, and introduce OLAS staking modules to incentivize operators.

Did you know we have a community #bookclub channel in our Discord? We just finished "The Infinite Machine" by @CamiRusso. Our fiction pick is "Daemon" by @itsDanielSuarez, but we're still looking for our next non-fiction book.
Here's what we've got in the running so far:
"Attack of the 50 Foot Blockchain: Bitcoin, Blockchain, Ethereum & Smart Contracts" by @davidgerard
We recently did a deep-dive into DAOs’ most burning issues, looking for ways autonomous services might alleviate them.
We reviewed 1000s of posts from 21 different DAO forums. Focusing on natural use-cases for our stack, two major categories of issue emerged. Thread below:🧵👇
Category 1: On-going Protocol Parameter Configuration
DAOs who manage protocols need to regularly tweak the settings or parameters of their protocols. This keeps them running optimally, even as conditions change.

Using data from @deepdao, we analyzed the 65 largest DAO treasuries by USD value. We looked into the most popular assets, the diversity of DAO treasuries, and the yield that DAOs are earning. 👇🧵
/ Most popular assets
The top two DAOs, @Uniswap and @bitdao, control over 37% of DAO treasury value. Naturally, their native assets, $UNI and $BIT, are the assets with the largest share of value in DAO treasuries. But few other DAOs actually hold those tokens.
