Someone was asking why paracetamol knows where the pain is in the body.. It doesn’t, the drug goes everywhere blood is and reduces the production of prostaglandin which transmits pain to the brain.. so the pain is still there, your brain doesn’t just process it anymore.. 🙃 .. For some time.. until the body part heals and stops producing prostaglandin but when it’s not healed and the drugs wear out, you feel the pain again.. just explained this simply, it’s a much more complex process and we don’t even notice 😄
