SERIOUS VILIFICATION to become an offence under the crimes act, punishable with prison time. there are two versions of this offence. the first is INCITEMENT ON GROUND OF PROTECTED ATTRIBUTE, punishable up to 3 years in prison. a defence is the conduct having been engaged in "for a genuine political purpose".
