yoongi stirs awake and the first thing he notices was the heaviness on his chest. he blinks his eyes slowly, trying to get a clear vision in the dark room, dimly lit by the lamp on his nightstand. "good morning!" a bubbly voice chirps when he sees yoongi is finally awake.

upon hearing that voice, yoongi scoffs, and a small smile stretches across his lips. now that he knows what is weighing on his chest, he closes his eyes again to continue sleeping.

jimin is hopelessly in love with yoongi, his childhood friend and so does yoongi, who has been pining over the younger since the very first time he saw jimin in front of the colorful classrooms.

the only problem is jimin doesn't do relationships. he is standing by himself as he waits for his dad to park his car when he feels a tap on his shoulder. yoongi turns to his left and is greeted by a round face with eyes disappearing into thin slits.

"hi!" the boy squeaks.

the shopkeeper bell chimes as soon as yoongi pushes the glass door open. cool air greets him when he's fully inside the pristine white shop; it's a jewellery store. he wanted to see if he can find something for his boyfriend for their upcoming anniversary. he is not looking for something too expensive because jimin already told him to not get anything for him but yoongi feels like he need to at least get one thing for his boyfriend. something simple like earrings or rings because jimin loves those.

jimin lets out a sigh of relief when his head hits the soft pillow on his bed. he almost broke his nose bridge because he is too busy running away from yoongi to escape his tickles that he fails to notice the sandbox in front of him.

thankfully yoongi managed to grab his left arm so he didn’t fall on his face. he still fell, or should he say they fell because yoongi is a dumbass. he grabs jimin’s arm to help him but instead he himself trips, pulling jimin together with him.

yoongi loves so many things. yoongi face contorts in displease both hands pulling up his pants to prevent them from getting wet. he is skipping every two steps, avoiding the puddles on the pathway. "gosh," the man grumbles. "why does it have to rain when we just finish our classes?"

soft taps can be heard coming from the windows. it's already 45 minutes past midnight, jimin should be scared because there's something or someone, possibly a killer–that's a bit exaggerated but you get it–is knocking on his bedroom window. but instead, he rolls his eyes and quickly calls the most recent (most dialed too) contact while still laying on his bed unmoving.

"what are you doing outside of my bedroom?" he asks, voice flat. there's no emotion on his face.

"open the windows jimin, i'm freezing!"

"oh..." yoongi trails, "let me do it first and then i'll teach you, okay?" he offers.

"yes, thank you so much yoongi." relieve washes over her face.

jimin for some reason really doesn't like athletes. he doesn't know why but he just doesn't like them. there's something about them that irks him but he can't put his fingers on it. maybe the smugness on their face when the crowd erupts every time they won? his best friend doesn't care though; taehyung will drag him to every sports day or tournament that their university participates in. that boy doesn't necessarily /like/ sports or anything, he just wants to watch his boyfriend, who is one the university's star athletes.

where jimin did the "justin bieber - baby" tiktok trend to his crush. "i'll give you $10 if you do this trend." jimin burst out laughing when he heard what his best friend just said.

"i'm not risking my dignity for $10." he slings his arm around the other's neck. "how about i give you $10 and you do it to your taehyungie?" jimin wiggles his brows.

"jimin! wait for me!" yoongi shouts, soft winds blowing through his bangs as he ran towards his boyfriend. he is panting.

jimin is giggling, small hand covering his face, full cheeks dusted with multiple shades of pink, "you're so slow!" he shouts back. maybe it's because of the sunlight rays but jimin is so beautiful as he runs further away into the field of flowers. he looks so magical and angelic. so fragile.

or maybe yoongi is just deeply in love with the younger.

jimin waves his hand, urging his boyfriend to run faster.

one day jimin fell sick and didn't have the energy to move or do anything. #yoonminau

yoongi is frying some eggs for his breakfast. it's saturday, so he doesn't have class or work today. it's his rest day.

being a student during the day and a barista during the night is very exhausting but he needs to do it or he won't be able to pay rent.

"why didn't he come and give to me himself?"

jimin chuckles as he folds the paper in his hand neatly. he waits for the boy in front of him to answer his question.

"i'm not sure. he stopped me and asked me to pass this to you," the boy scratches the back of his ear. jimin laughs under his breath, "i see...alright thank you for helping him, i guess?" he says.

the boy nods and walks away.

jimin tucks the folded paper inside one of the books he is holding and proceeds to walk to his next class.
