Well I can say with total certainty that the EV charging infrastructure in the southern half of San Francisco is absolutely terrible. Not nearly enough, to start with. And placement! The only way to use the open charger I tried this am was to park illegally (I didn't). Owning an EV shouldn't feel like you're living on the bleeding edge, with nascent support.

Just arrived in a small Napa town, with one parking lot claiming four chargers. Actually it's just two: one of them is out of order and the other is occupied.
