This used to be called "Satoori Rap" in English but now is Paldogangsan on spotify as well. I'll let doolset explain it fully but it basically means the 8 provinces of korea plus the rivers and mountains

-while Agust D was only released as the title track of Yoongi’s first mixtape in 2016, he’d actually been working on it since pre-debut and teased a few times over the years The first mention of the song in progress comes from an interview with them from a July 8th 2013 where Yoongi mentions a beat he made sampling James Brown was supposed to be on 2 Cool 4 Skool but didn’t clear.
