I've seen many cucks on twitter, but he is likely one of the cuckoldiest cuck i've seen. A person is deemed guilty, on the basis of accusation alone. The burden of evidence is reversed, and one must prove that he didn't do whatever one is accused of. Even terrorists are deemed innocent till proven guilty, but not accused people(mostly men) under these dodgy laws.

It is naive to think that media won't have done/ won't do this, in absence of an incident.

Am against bad laws, like 498a and atrocoty act, where tend of thousands of arrests happen, without any evidence etc. Lives are destroyed, since no provision to expunge records.

This is about treason. Treason mustn't be tolerated.

Strict punishments for some crimes are necessary, especially if you have evidence in such cases. Why would you not act against traitors? The only reason i can think as to why to shy away from dealing with treason etc harshly is if you are cucked people, of a vassal state.
