Missionaries of Jesus, PRO Sr Amala issues a fresh press release against the nun who lodged rape compliant against Bishop Franco Mullackal. It says that the congregation’s inquiry committee found that the allegation against the nun that she had an illicit relationship is true. Release further says that "Missionaries of Jesus" will implead in the Writ Petition against Bishop Franco Mullakal pending before Kerala High Court. The congregation claims that Bishop Franco ordered an investigation against the nun on a sexual relationship complaint.
