When starting a business, it’s not enough to just have an idea and boom, you step out & just start in the dark. Here are a few things you need to do:

1. You must be honest in assessing your own capability & your weaknesses.

You must objectively consider what you can/can’t do. 2. You must ensure you have a well detailed BUSINESS PLAN. This will help you to know exactly what you need, who you need and every step you need to take to achieve your target.

Don’t joke with this phase.

Hello guys, as an entrepreneur, one of the most important character traits you must develop both in your private life and in business is INTEGRITY.

This determines your longevity and your success/failure in business. Too many in our world today do not understand this. Can people trust you with their money? When peoples' money is in your hands, can you be trusted to keep it safe and avoid the temptation of using it to sort problems?

You must ensure that you are trusted with peoples' finances at all cost. This is extremely important.

Hello friends, I promised to do a thread on a practice that will help you as a person and as an entrepreneur in organizing your life, business and will definitely help you to make the right decisions.

If you are able to practice what I will discuss here, things will change. While reading a book last weekend, I came across it and I thought about how I've done this over the years without being conscious of it, how the practice has impacted my life and business and I thought to share with my followers.

I want you to read, practice & give me feedback.

Hello folks, let’s do this thread on the 3 Ps in business.

People.
Products.
Process.

These are fundamentals in business and you should consider the importance of mastering them very well.

Doing business is really not very difficult if you know the fundamentals. Business starts from an idea by an individual. You have this idea to invent something new or to innovate on something that already exists.

You begin to think of the right PEOPLE to help you achieve your vision. You do not need just anyone in your business,

On a side note, let me give us a little insight into what happens in the tomato paste importation business.

Most of the tomato paste used in Nigeria are imported, even those who claim to produce at home actually import drums of concentrated tomatoes and package at home. But before then, the best and dominant brands produced their tin tomatoes in Italy because of the very high quality.

In the southern part of Italy called Campania region, they have the best farms and they harvest tomatoes. And they are really good.

Hello friends, I am excited to share my first experience of importation and running a business in Nigeria, my mistakes that cost me over $100,000 and lessons learned.

I hope someone learns from some of my mistakes. In 2008 April, I registered my first company Bazz Global Concept Ltd, got my first product Bazz Tomatoes registered with NAFDAC and secured my trademark. The product was produced in the Southern city of Italy called Salerno.

NAFDAC remarked that the product was one of the best.
