@WWOSTFCB @Official_STFC @SaveOurSwindon @Swindon_Live @FoolsRushInSTFC @SwindonSA How many times did Clem Morfoni state that the dentures were sold to Lee Power for a million quid? Well here is a statement by the club in October 2022 which states “In addition to this, there was also the £2.95million ‘debenture’ that arose following the decision of former owner
@WWOSTFCB @Official_STFC @SaveOurSwindon @Swindon_Live @FoolsRushInSTFC @SwindonSA Andrew Black to sell Town back in 2012, with the money secured against the club, similar to a mortgage, for almost ten years - until today.” Don’t take my word for it, have a read: swindontownfc.co.uk/news/2022/octo…

#stfc A couple of weeks ago, I was a little intoxicated whilst on @LowerLeagueLook Swindon meltdown Monday pod. I was talking about how the pre-emption rights happened for Clem during the court case with Lee Power and I don’t think that anyone understood the point that I was

#STFC I have done extensive research into different entities of Swindon Toan Football Club over the past 2 years and have unearthed some pretty interesting facts and information.
However, I have been shot down by certain people with regards to the debentures that resided over
Swindon Town Football Club, relating to who owned them and who Clem Morfuni paid.
Before I start with the nitty gritty, please read the following statement: What is a Debenture? In a legal context, a debenture is a document between a lender and borrower that gives

#STFC as a lot of you know, I spent a lot of time doing due diligence on Able. I have recently started digging deeper into Clem’s Axis businesses and this is what I have uncovered. Axis M&E were placed into voluntary liquidation, although at the time it owed creditors
£9.8m. The organisation had a contract to build 2 tower blocks in London, they sub-contracted the work. The sub-contracting company pulled all workers off site when they hadn’t received any payment from Axis M&E. The contract for the build was pulled.
