Just an update on the Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd case in the NSW Supreme Court. There have been 2 Return of Subpoena hearings on the 16th and 18th of December 2025. There is now a 3rd scheduled for the 15th January 2026. Why a 3rd, I hear you ask! In the NSW Supreme Court, a "3rd Return" (or any subsequent return date) occurs when the court needs to follow up on a subpoena that hasn't been fully resolved during the first two appearances

#STFC after the 6ish items that anti-protestors put on a piece of paper last Saturday, I have listed below in chronological order, all of Clem’s mistakes:
1. Clem stated to the Trust’s due diligence that Axis M&E U.K. Ltd was liquidated due to restructuring. That was untrue. It was liquidated due to a winding up order by The Shore Group.
2. Clem has stated on many occasions that if he didn’t buy the club when he did, it was days away from Administration. Also untrue. There was a court injunction in place until the purchase of the club completed.

#stfc A couple of weeks ago, I was a little intoxicated whilst on @LowerLeagueLook Swindon meltdown Monday pod. I was talking about how the pre-emption rights happened for Clem during the court case with Lee Power and I don’t think that anyone understood the point that I was trying to make. Hopefully this will make more sense. Clem Morfuni had a 15% share in Swinton Reds 20, a holding company of Swindon Town Football Club, pre-emption rights meant that if Power wanted to sell his 85% shares, Morfuni would have first refusal. We all know that part.

#STFC I have done extensive research into different entities of Swindon Toan Football Club over the past 2 years and have unearthed some pretty interesting facts and information.
However, I have been shot down by certain people with regards to the debentures that resided over Swindon Town Football Club, relating to who owned them and who Clem Morfuni paid.

#STFC as a lot of you know, I spent a lot of time doing due diligence on Able. I have recently started digging deeper into Clem’s Axis businesses and this is what I have uncovered. Axis M&E were placed into voluntary liquidation, although at the time it owed creditors £9.8m. The organisation had a contract to build 2 tower blocks in London, they sub-contracted the work. The sub-contracting company pulled all workers off site when they hadn’t received any payment from Axis M&E. The contract for the build was pulled.
