My overarching principles that have been tested over the years re: crunchiness (not just of food, but soul, water, air, cleaning, textiles, all of it)
- do not live in fear of fretfulness
- 80/20 rule
If my crunchiness is ever a result of being fearful or fretful (undue worrying) of living, then I need a prayer/Scripture check
BUT for our household, those checks have been done. So I’m free to be as crunchy as our budget and resources allow.
