A little behind the scenes on this picture in the back bar of @MonksCafePhilly from my story that went up on @goodbeerhunting this week. (📸 by Daniel Knoll) This is a painstaking recreation of a tapestry from “The Lady and the Unicorn” series that hangs in the Musée de Cluny & was originally woven in Flanders (Northern Belgium). The series depicts the five senses, and no surprise Tom chose “taste” as the panel to reside at Monks.
